// Curriculum

Every layer of running a serious CTF.

Challenge Design Fundamentals

What separates a fair challenge from an unfair one. Difficulty scaling, category balance, flag format, hints policy, and avoiding unintended solutions.

Platform Operations

Setting up an event on CYBERCOM infrastructure - loading challenges, configuring the scoreboard, managing participant access end to end.

Anti-Cheat Configuration

Understanding the anti-cheat engine: flag randomization, write-up lockdown policies, browser focus tracking, and disqualification procedures.

Rules of Engagement

Drafting an AUP that protects both organizers and participants. What is in scope, what is off-limits, and how to handle disputes.

Category-Specific Workshops

Deep dives into building web, binary, forensics, crypto, and OSINT challenges - with quality examples and common authoring mistakes to avoid.

Post-Event Analytics

Reading the CYBERCOM analytics dashboard: solve rates, difficulty distribution, player drop-off points, and how to improve the next event.
