By accessing or using the CYBERCOM platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you - whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") - and Cybercom Foundry Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Institutional accounts (universities, corporates) must be registered by an authorized representative with authority to bind their organization to these Terms.
Participation in any CYBERCOM CTF event is subject to these additional conduct rules:
CYBERCOM reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke certificates, or ban accounts for any violation of these rules, at our sole discretion.
CyberCom Labs access for educational institutions is governed by a separate Institutional Agreement or Pilot Agreement, which supplements these Terms. In the event of conflict, the Institutional Agreement prevails for that specific engagement.
Lab environments are isolated, ephemeral compute instances. You may:
You may not use lab environments to attack external systems, store illegal content, or mine cryptocurrency. Violation results in immediate termination of access.
The Hiring Infra product is intended for legitimate technical hiring and assessment purposes. Key terms:

You retain ownership of content you create (custom challenges, writeups, solutions) but grant CYBERCOM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your challenge submissions within the Challenge Marketplace and Labs platform, in accordance with the marketplace revenue-share agreement.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of CYBERCOM's platform without express written permission.
Event bookings, Lab subscriptions, and Hiring Infra engagements are billed per the applicable pricing tier. All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CYBERCOM does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We maintain a 100% uptime record across delivered events, but this is not a contractual guarantee.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERCOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CYBERCOM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
CYBERCOM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
